My Account. Among the information requested from the user are: first name, last name, company name, physical address, email address, phone number, cell phone number, birthday, special personal dates, interests, among others. When requesting our services, it is absolutely mandatory to provide all this required information. One Reason may contact its users at any time to confirm customer information, shipping information, etc., by any of the following means: phone, cell phone, or email. It is at One Reason's discretion to contact the customer regarding the delivery of their gift or to complete a transaction.
Promotional Emails. The information customers provide to One Reason may include: first name, last name, email address, address, country, phone number, cell phone number, interests, personal milestones, preferences, habits, among others. Users may modify this information at any time, and it will be used to tailor promotions and email notifications to them.
Gift Delivery to Third Parties. The information customers provide about recipients includes: first name, last name, email address, phone number, cell phone number, physical address, age, country, gender, and postal code. This information will be used to successfully deliver the gift requested by the customer. Sharing this information with users other than personal One Reason account holders is strictly prohibited.
Contests, Raffles, and Online Surveys. The type of information requested by any of these means may vary but may include personal information such as: full name, telephone number, cell phone number, email address, interests, service reviews, date of birth, among other information. The information will be for the company's exclusive use, and by participating, you automatically agree to include your email address in the promotional mailing list, from which you may voluntarily unsubscribe at any time.
All information obtained by One Reason will be stored on a 100% secure server behind a firewall designed to prevent access from outside the company. Unfortunately, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. One Reason will make every effort to safeguard and protect this information through our security systems.
1.-USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
One Reason uses the information provided during new account registration, surveys, dynamics, and program subscriptions to conduct internal studies on user demographics, interests, and behavior. The goal is to offer useful information and promotions to users and improve their site experience.
Promotional Emails. The information obtained is for the exclusive use of One Reason. Advertising through the promotional email system is carried out through notices sent to the customer at the email address provided when creating an account if the customer indicated they wish to be part of the promotional email list.
